Eligibility for CHSP 

  • Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or Protected Special Category Visa holder.
  • 65 years or older (or 50 years or older for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals)
  • Experiencing difficulties with daily activities or need assistance to remain at home

  • How Does The CHSP Work ?

The CHSP is designed to provide older Australians with more control in selecting services that help them stay independent and in their own homes. After an assessment, where individual needs and goals are discussed, funding is allocated to help you choose the services that best meet your circumstances.

Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

Allied Health Centre (AHC) proudly offers the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. 

The CHSP is an entry-level program aimed at helping individuals stay in their homes longer, providing either short-term help or ongoing basic assistance with specific services.
