Victoria Liang is a qualified Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales. She is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Victoria is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese.

Victoria has a variety of clinical experiences in both public and private health sectors, including St John of God hospital and other various private practice clinics across Sydney. She has worked for gymnasiums and is very knowledgeable about exercise and sports science.

Victoria has vast experience working with patients who need hydrotherapy, and specialises in injury or post-surgery rehabilitation or chronic disease management when she worked in private practice.

Victoria is very passionate about meeting new people and using physical exercise therapy as a preventative and rehabilitative treatment method to help patients with various conditions, such as musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, metabolic diseases and mental health conditions.


She believes that exercise is like medicine and most people will benefit significantly in their functional abilities, lifestyle behaviours and emotional well being, simply by implementing exercise to their daily routine.


Victoria enjoys watching plays, drawing, cooking and baking. Victoria was a synchronised swimming athlete in China. She likes to swim and play tennis
