Mr. Aiden Tan completed his Bachelor of Biomedical Science at the University of Queensland in 2012 and was awarded the Dean’s Commendation for High Achievement and Research Scholarship for academic excellence. Aiden also has a Master degree in Physiotherapy from Curtin’s University, where he was awarded an International Merit Scholarship for his academic excellence.

Aiden’s avid passion for physiotherapy was birth from his intense love for different sports, specifically soccer, tennis, badminton and squash. He grew up playing competitive squash, representing teams at both clubs and state levels. Having been through multiple injuries himself, he understands the many frustrations you have when dealing with pain and injury. Whether you are someone who suffers from aches and pains from sitting at a desk to acute injuries acquired being active, Aiden will come up with a plan with you to help you make a full recovery.

Mr Aiden has worked for various rugby and soccer teams, providing initial assessments, pre- and post-game treatments, and match coverage. Therefore, he has a range of experience in dealing with both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Aiden’s years of experience in private practice and hospital settings have provided him with vast knowledge in managing orthopaedic patients, including post-operations of knee, ankle and spinal surgeries etc…

With an up-to-dated, evidenced-based and hands-on approach to treatment and education, coupled with the emphasis on exercises, Aiden will ensure you have an appropriate solution to your problem by helping you to reach your desired goals in the shortest possible time!

Hobbies

Aiden enjoys leading an active lifestyle. Whether it be hiking, going on a coastal walk, playing sports, photographing or working out in the gym. He also loves being a foodie and will be open to any suggestions you may have for him.

Language

Having lived, studied and travelled to many countries, Aiden is speak fluent English and Mandarin. It is very rewarding to be able to speak multiple languages by reaching out to different culture and linguistically diverse groups, to help them to regain their desired functional levels
